Create Central is managed by an Executive Team of specialists with expertise across various disciplines.

The team is led by Graham Webb and includes global innovation expert Tim Luft, skills specialists Sarah Wood and communications lead Laura McCaughey. 

The team is responsible for securing £multi-million grant funding, developing and delivering major socially impactful programmes of activities, public-private partnerships, stakeholder management, and regional and national government relations.
