Phil is currently Operations Manager at Ubisoft Reflections Limited, he has 25 years’ experience of working in the games industry, working with among others, Ubisoft, Activision and Codemasters primarily in the Leamington Spa area.

Previously based within the Art discipline, Phil now works in the operational side of the business supporting the teams of games developers. Previous titles worked on include: Tom Clancy’s The Division, DJ Hero, Guitar Hero, Call of Duty, Colin McRae Rally and many others.
