BAFTA Albert launches Next Generation Toolkit for sustainable productions
BAFTA Albert’s new Next Generation Toolkit has launched this month, introducing an enhanced web-based platform to help productions forecast, measure and report carbon emissions, identify opportunities to decarbonise and achieve sustainability certification.
Create Central is committed to helping make the West Midlands the home of sustainable screen production, supporting the region’s film and TV industry to embed more environmentally responsible practices across productions. Developing sustainability skills and knowledge within the local workforce is an important part of this ambition, helping to build a production base that is equipped to meet the industry’s changing needs.
Whether you’re already using Albert or preparing to get started, there are resources available to help you understand the changes and plan your next steps.
Explore the resources:
Next Generation Information Pack – guidance on what’s changing, certification routes and which Toolkit to use.
