Join us on Tuesday 6 October at The New Walsall Art Gallery, from 6pm - 9pm, for a Create Central Roadshow as we launch Phase 2 of the Create Central Skills Accelerator Programme 2026–2029.

Nicole Justice
Nicole joined the Film and TV Fusion course with prior experience as a sound engineer, specialising in audio production, media and podcast workshops, seeking to transition into sound for television.
Enrolling in the TV and Film Fusion course, Nicole was eager to specialise in the sound department and gain practical experience on set.
The Skills Accelerator programme facilitated her placement with experienced sound recordist Ben Handley from Sound Up North TV on a North One Production’s Shop Smart Save Money, providing valuable hands-on experience. Since completing the course, Nicole has gone on to participate in the Peaky Blinders Bootcamp to further hone her skills as a sound recordist. Additionally, she has worked as a Sound Assistant on various productions.
Simone Radway
Simone pivoted into a career in Costume four years ago, via a Create Central bootcamp and placement. Whilst she’s worked predominately in Birmingham and the West Midlands, she spent last summer working as a Costume Alterations Assistant on Avengers: Doomsday at Pinewood Studios. She worked most recently on the new series of Peaky Blinders.
Stephen Capano
Stephen has worked in TV drama production for over 20 years, predominantly for BBC Studios on Doctors and their cosy crime shows produced in the region. In recent years he has started to do more work for independent production companies and in HETV.
He was an Assistant Director for eight years, starting as a Runner and working up to 2nd AD, before moving across to production where he worked as a Production Coordinator and in recent years a Production Manager.
Graham Webb
Graham has over 30 years of multi-sector senior experience and a track record of successful delivery of complex programmes of work. Most recently, he led a major UK set construction company, delivering sets for film, TV, theatre, music and live events.
Graham recently led on the launch of a regional film production services office, Production Central WM, with the West Midlands Growth Company; established to bring more screen production to the West Midlands. Currently Executive Lead for Create Central, creative industries cluster lead body for the West Midlands Combined Authority in support of the agenda of the Mayor of the West Midlands' Growth Plan.
