RTS Midlands Careers Fair
Interested in a career in television? The RTS Midlands Careers Fair is returning to Birmingham this October, offering an opportunity to meet industry professionals, explore different career pathways and find out more about getting into the TV industry.
Taking place at Midlands Arts Centre on Wednesday 7 October, from 10am–3pm, the Careers Fair is aimed at anyone aged 16+ who is considering a career in broadcast production and the many associated roles across the television industry.
Whether you’re just starting to think about a career in TV, looking to understand what different roles involve, or considering your next step into the industry, the event will give you the chance to speak directly to experienced industry professionals and find out more about the skills, training and routes into television.
There will be a range of industry professionals on hand throughout the day to share their experiences and offer practical advice on working in television from production and creative roles to the many behind-the-scenes careers that help bring programmes to screens.

The Careers Fair is organised by the Royal Television Society (RTS) Midlands and is open to anyone aged 16 and over who is interested in finding out more about a career in television.
